libccd-dev software package provides Library for collision detection between convex shapes - dev files, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libccd-dev
libccd-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libccd-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libccd-dev *
You will get with libccd-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
